Delivery is carried out by the courier service of the Russian Post.

The courier will deliver your books to the specified address (home or office).

Each parcel can be tracked using the track number on the website of the Russian Post www.pochta.ru or the operator on the phone 8-800-200-50-55.

The track number will be sent to you by e-mail after your parcel is transferred to the courier service.

Parcels are transferred to the courier service and only twice a week-on Monday and Thursday after the publisher receives a payment.

Charge depends on the weight of the books and is calculated on the website automatically when you create your order.

Delivery time can be specified on the website of the Russian Post www.pochta.ru in the section "parcels".

Delivery time is calculated from the day after a parcel is transferred to the courier service of the Russian Post.

We kindly pay your attention:

- if your order payment is received by the publisher in the period from Monday to Wednesday (before 18.00), your order is transmitted to the courier service on Thursday.

- if your order payment is received by the publisher between Thursday and Sunday (before 18.00), your order is transmitted to the courier service on Monday.

NB. Express delivery is not available in Russian Post.
